It will be located at the southwest corner of Raiders Way and St. Rose Parkway, near the Las Vegas Raiders' headquarters. When the hospital opens it will feature:
- 150 beds
- A 36-bay emergency department
- Surgical suites including heart and hybrid suites
- Endoscopy suites
- Cardiac catheterization labs
- An electrophysiology lab to treat heart rhythm disorders
- An interventional radiology/special procedures lab to treat neurological disorders
- Inpatient nursing care units
