As one of the nation’s largest full continuum service providers for youth who struggle with a variety of social, emotional, trauma induced experience and behavioral difficulties, Hermitage Hall has a staff of highly- trained professionals who work with residents.
The clinical department is comprised of licensed professional counselors, psychologists, and social workers – all of whom hold a minimum of a master’s degree in their area of expertise.
Four psychiatrists and one pediatrician – all licensed in their specialties — work under contract to provide medical services at Hermitage Hall. The medical team includes a Board-Certified Pediatrician and a Board-Certified Psychiatrist.
Each of the teachers in the education department is certified in Special Education or in the process of obtaining certification.
Finally, many members of the executive management team also hold degrees in higher education, including masters’ and doctoral degrees. All of Hermitage Hall’s staff members work closely with referral sources, families and the children and adolescents served by Hermitage Hall to ensure the most appropriate placement and adjustment into treatment.
