About Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital
A multidisciplinary team provides 24-hour care to help stabilize patients ages 5 and up suffering from an acute psychiatric illness. We help patients in crisis by establishing a treatment plan that can include medication management, intensive therapy and discharge planning. Our goal is to help patients regain functioning so they can safely transition to a lesser level of care in the shortest time possible.
Our residential treatment program serves children and teens, ages 5-17, in separate units. We can help patients struggling with emotional and behavioral issues such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress and other general psychiatric disorders. Our mission is to provide the long-term treatment your child needs in a compassionate, structured environment that includes schooling in the Mid-Del School District during the school year.
