Qualifications
- Education/Qualification
- MT(ASCP) or equivalent plus four years of medical technologist experience, generalist preferred
- 3 years of professional experience that demonstrates progressive leadership background
- Problem solver, collaborate, multitask, initiative and self-motivated
- Participate in all CAP activities, QC review, writing of SOPs, inventory, analyzer maintenance
Skills
- Ability to lead projects, evaluate and validate new equipment
- Fundamental computer skills and keyboard familiarity
- Able to speak and write English Fluently
- Demonstrated communication, organization and critical thinking skills
