Wellstone Regional Hospital is a 100-bed acute care facility located in Jeffersonville, Indiana and has been providing quality health care to the residents of Southern Indiana and the Louisville area since 2003. Wellstone specializes in the treatment of Adolescents, Children, and the Adult population. In addition to our in-patient services, we offer out-patient programs as well.

Wellstone is seeking a dynamic and talented Licensed (preferred) Therapist for our Outpatient Services for a 10-month position (off summers.)
The Outpatient Therapist will conduct group therapy as well as some individual and family therapy. Will create treatment plans and updates as part of an interdisciplinary team approach. The Outpatient Therapists will be working with potentially all of the populations that we serve.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS/JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in social work or a clinically related mental health field.
Experience: Program Therapist prefers two (2) years clinical experience in a psychiatric facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills. This time in the field can include practicum and internship studies or work at a mental health institution while an undergraduate.
License: Program Therapist preferred to be licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT, in Indiana, or eligible to work toward independent licensure. Experience in the field with appropriate education will be acceptable.
Additional Requirements: CPR certification and CPI training prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. The Therapist must be willing to work 8:30a-4:30p and possibly some flexible hours. This is an exempt salaried 10- month position.
