Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 (based on license level, education & experience)

Shift –  Mon - Fri from 8am - 5pm  -  Some weekend call coverage (EARN ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION-See below)

Your role and responsibilities:

  • You will provide for therapeutic treatment as an active member of the clinical treatment team, using your clinical expertise, clinical therapeutic treatment modalities & comfort measures to meet the treatment needs of our patients.
  • You will serve as the point person for patient families and regularly engage with patients to ensure they have clinical support to participate in treatment groups, activities and clinical therapeutic treatment or physician treatment in support of the patient’s ongoing treatment needs & goals.
  • You will work closely and productively with psychiatrists, nursing, clinical and case management resources to assure overall coordination and therapeutic functioning of the patient in the treatment setting
  • Provides input to improve care coordination and functioning of the patient during the inpatient hospitalization and during discharge and after care.
  • You will document patient presentation, treatment, interactions and engagement on a consistent basis as well use clinical assessment and case management skills to optimize patient improvement during inpatient hospitalization.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications will include:

  • Master's degree and licensed in the State of Wyoming with LCSW, LPC, LMFT license -  Provisional license eligible candidates (PPC or PCSW or PMFT) encouraged to apply & clinical supervision provided by the facility (AT NO COST to employee).
  • Prefer two (2) years of progressive experience in therapeutic or clinical treatment, psychiatric acute care, residential care, partial care or equivalent.
  • Must have knowledge of developmental tasks of children, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients and apply knowledge in assessment and planning of care.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
